TRIP INTRODUCTION

Kathmandu is an ancient city, in fact, one of the oldest in South Asia. Previously known as “Nepal Valley” has pre-historic records and later how it become the center for religion and culture in the region. Even today most parts of the valley enjoy its traditional way of life. The Baudhanath Stupa and Svyambhunath Stupa are witnessing the ancient trade route between China and India where Baudhanath Stupa is still famously called “Little Tibet”. The green paddy field of Bungmati and Khokana is the lifeline for the locals and it truly worth visiting. This trip is about visiting heritage sites and around meet with peoples and go beyond. Placeless like Nagarkot and Thankot has the best viewpoints for viewing high Himalayan peaks and Kurintar is not too far from the valley with warm temperatures almost all season, a great opportunity altogether for a perfect exploration.

DETAIL ITINERARY DAY 01: Arrival in Kathmandu: Arrival to Kathmandu valley, transfer to hotel and after a short break sightseeing to Baudhanath stupa, Stupa is believed to be built around 5 AD and considered as largest in the world. It is a perfect place to spend some time in the evening with other devotees making Kora around the holy Stupa. Overnight in a hotel. DAY 02: Visiting Svyambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu, and Patan Durbar Square: Sightseeing to Svyambhunath stupa, one of the most ancient monuments in the valley, the stupa is located on the hilltop and, from here you can see a 360-degree view of Kathmandu valley. Kathmandu durbar square and Patan durbar square are another heritage site you will visit today where Kathmandu is famous as the City of Gods and Patan is famous as the city of art and craft. Overnight in Hotel. DAY 03: Bhaktapur city tour and Nagarkot Overnight: After breakfast you will drive to Changunarayan Temple in Bhaktapur, the temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu built in 5AD this is a masterpiece of Nepali architecture, after that, you will visit Bhaktapur the oldest settlement in the valley. Most of the old structures are remarkably preserved until the present day. It is worth having a nice lunch before you drive to Nagarkot which is about a 90-minute drive. Nagarkot is situated at the elevation of 2200 meters very ell famous for mountain viewing. Overnight in a hotel. DAY 04: Sunrise at Nagarkot and Sightseeing to “Bungmati and Khokana”: Weak up early for the sunrise with a cup of coffee and then breakfast. Further, you will move slowly to Bungmati located south of the Patan city center. Bungmati and Khokana are two middle-aged towns existing mostly in its traditional form architecture as well as culture and tradition. Most people in town are farmers and craftsmen. Khokana is also popular for Mustered oil and used to be the main supplier for the entire valley in ancient times. Further, we will drive to Thankot on the western edge of the valley. Overnight in the resort. DAY 05: Drive to Kurintar: Breakfast in the hotel and drive to Kurintar which is about 3 hrs. drive. Kurin tar is a small settlement in the middle between Kathmandu and Pokhara at an elevation of about 200 meters, mostly warm temperature makes the Place popular among the people Lining in Kathmandu during the summer. You will enjoy this hot weather in a beautiful swimming pool as well as a small walk-in nearby village. Overnight in Resort. DAY 6: Drive Back to Kathmandu: Breakfast in the resort and drive back to Kathmandu that is another 3 hrs.. on arrival check-in into hotel and rest of the time on your own until 6.PM. You will spend your last evening in a traditional Nepali Kitchen with Dance and music. Overnight in Hotel. DAY 07: Mountain Flight (Optional) Fly Home: This morning you can choose to take a mountain flight of an hour that is the most popular adventure among most of the tourists visiting Nepal with limited time and itinerary it will give you a great opportunity to see Mt.
